Pro Bono

Your feedback was much appreciated and demonstrated to the LYLG the need for our members to have a greater awareness of how to become involved with pro bono opportunities.
With this in mind, it is with great pleasure that we announce to you that the LYLG has become a member of LawWorks.
Who are LawWorks?
"LawWorks is the operating name of the Solicitors Pro Bono Group (SPBG), an independent charity with a mission to support, promote and encourage a commitment to pro bono across the solicitors' profession. LawWorks aims to increase the delivery of free legal advice to individuals and communities in need."
For more information on LawWorks please see www.lawworks.org.uk
The LYLG are delighted to be working with LawWorks as we believe in the value of pro bono work to our members' personal and career development. And, if that is not enough, doing pro bono work enhances the feel good factor as you are benefiting the community that you serve.
