Each committee member contributes a unique set of skills and qualities, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that enables us to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Our committee members dedicate their time and energy to a range of responsibilities, from promoting diversity and inclusion to organising career development events and supporting well-being initiatives. They approach their tasks with professionalism and a genuine desire to create valuable experiences for our members.

President
Rebecca Willis
Rebecca is a Private Client & Tax Associate at Withers. She has been on the LYLG Committee since 2023. Rebecca likes gardening, walking her dog and hosting dinner parties.

Vice President
Agata Domańska
Agata is a paralegal with a strong background in social media and digital marketing. During their undergraduate studies, she gained experience in these areas while working for the University’s Law Society, and later at Watson's Daily. With a keen interest in IP law, FinTech, and Legal Tech, Agata is passionate about the intersection of law and technology. In her free time, Agata enjoys going on cycling trips.

Kiran Banerjee
Kiran is a Trainee Solicitor at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP Prior to this, Kiran studied his undergrad and postgraduate in law at Warwick university. Kiran is a mentor for Aspiring Solicitors, GROW, Strive, TMC, YourLegalLadder and was recently the Chair of Trustees for Just Be a Child. Outside of work, Kiran enjoys running and will be completing the London Marathon 2026 for Pratham UK.

Neve Lehrian
Neve is a Trainee Solicitor at RWK Goodman, where she has completed seats in Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate. Her training so far has given her a broad insight into both contentious and transactional work as she continues to explore different areas of the firm. Neve is also part of RWK Goodman’s Social and Charity Committee, helping to organise events and initiatives that bring colleagues together and support the wider community. Outside of work, Neve loves staying active and can usually be found in the gym or out running.

Finance Officer
Victoria Lee Domenech
Victoria is a solicitor at Hall Brown where she advises on a variety of areas of family law, including complex, high-value financial remedy and private children disputes – often with an international element. She has assisted with several reported family law cases, including matters determined in the High Court and Supreme Court. Prior to joining Hall Brown, Victoria completed her training contract at Stewarts, where she gained additional experience in international arbitration, aviation and medical negligence disputes. Victoria is a native English, Spanish and Catalan speaker. She started tutoring students at a young age, mainly teaching languages and mathematics. She has also volunteered and helped raise funds for several charities, including Future Frontiers. Victoria is passionate about creating networking and development opportunities for young professionals. Always keen to support aspiring lawyers, she has a good track record of helping colleagues secure roles and training contracts.

Maya Perrell
Maya is a final-year law student with a strong interest in commercial disputes and litigation. Serving on the finance side of the LYLG committee, she aims to help streamline processes and support the group's financial organisation.

Marketing Officer
Fareeha Noorani
Fareeha is a trainee solicitor at Katten Muchin Rosenman (UK) LLP. Before starting her training contract, Fareeha worked as a paralegal at American Express, supporting digital and regulatory projects. Fareeha is passionate about mentoring and social mobility initiatives. She supported the intern programme at American Express and continues to mentor aspiring lawyers and students from non-traditional backgrounds. Outside of work, Fareeha enjoys nature walks and trying out new recipes!

Marketing Officer
Victoria Rea
Victoria is an Associate at Enyo Law, where she advises on a broad range of complex commercial and regulatory litigation and arbitration matters. She holds a Master of Laws (cum laude) from Duke University School of Law and an LLB with Honours and BA in International Relations and Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, and was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 2019. Before moving to London and joining Enyo, Victoria practised in New Zealand, including at a boutique litigation firm and at the Office of the Wellington Crown Solicitor, appearing in the country’s senior courts.

Jatinder Kalsi
Jatinder works as Corporate Counsel at Jimmy Choo. She has extensive experience working in both private practice and in-house. Jatinder is passionate about creating networking and development opportunities for legal professionals within the in-house sector, and she brings a creative approach to her committee role.

Amélie Hitchings
Amélie is a trainee solicitor and a member of the events committee, where she helps organise opportunities for people in the profession to connect in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Amélie enjoys extracurricular involvement and engaging with the profession outside of her day-to-day role.

Nilojana Nirmalan
Nilojana is a newly qualified Litigation and Intellectual Property Solicitor at Dragon Argent Limited, where she works within the firm’s Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Art Law team. She studied Law at the University of Exeter before completing my LPC and LLM at the University of Law. Nilojana focuses on commercial litigation and a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. She is thrilled to be part of the Events Committee for the London Young Lawyers Group. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and can often be found playing football for her local women’s football team, on the squash court, or at the gym. She has also completed the Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, and loves travelling and discovering new places to eat. In addition, she is a mentor with Bridging Barriers and the University of Law.

Events Officer
Chelsea Corbett
Chelsea joined the LYLG committee in November 2025. She is a qualified solicitor working in Commercial Property and Property Finance. Chelsea completed her LLB at Oxford Brookes, and worked at a firm in Oxfordshire for over 6 years, before moving to London in November 2024. Upon qualifying in September 2024, Chelsea spent a month volunteering in Arusha, Tanzania with the Arusha Women’s Legal Aid and Human Rights Organisation, giving free legal advice to women and children. Chelsea is also a mentor for GROW, a charity which provides support, guidance and career advice to aspiring solicitors and law students. As a personal goal alongside her role at LYLG, Chelsea would like to raise awareness on, and help remove the stigma surrounding neurodivergence in the legal profession, by working with and attending events hosted by various legal neurodiversity networks. Outside of law, Chelsea enjoys to travel and has backpacked through a number of countries — some favourites include Colombia, Costa Rica, Indonesia and Vietnam. She also enjoys hiking and reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in October 2024. Chelsea is an avid reader and a regular at her book club. She also enjoys attending fun events in the city and trying new restaurants.

Alessia Ricchi
Alessia is a trainee solicitor at Moore Barlow. Prior to commencing her training contract, she gained experience across a wide range of legal environments, including vacation schemes within corporate departments at leading London law firms, as well as work in Hong Kong that provided exposure to Asian legal jurisdictions, and qualifying as a children’s social worker. Beyond Alessia’s legal training, she is committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. She pursues this through serving on various committees and particularly enjoys working closely with the Be The Ladder Foundation.

Emma Tuinema
Emma is a paralegal with experience in both public law and private client practice. Prior to converting to law, Emma studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of Birmingham, which continues to inform her interest in how legal frameworks operate in practice. As a member of the London Young Lawyers Group committee, she is keen to support opportunities for engagement, learning and networking among aspiring and early-career lawyers.
